Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your interest in our services. It’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, we require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations and alterations. We have implemented a cancellation policy requiring a credit card on file.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation. If you fail to rescind or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before it’s scheduled start time, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

You may terminate or modify your appointment up to 24 hours prior to its scheduled start time without incurring any fees.
Appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled commencement time are also subject to the cancellation policy.

Please note that your credit card information will be securely stored in our system until the conclusion of your appointment. We will not charge your card unless you violate our cancellation policy.

We recognize that exigencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we will evaluate cancellation policy exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any inquiries or concerns regarding our policy.
