For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, we require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations and alterations. We have implemented a cancellation policy requiring a credit card on file.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation. If you fail to rescind or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before it’s scheduled start time, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
You may terminate or modify your appointment up to 24 hours prior to its scheduled start time without incurring any fees.
Appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled commencement time are also subject to the cancellation policy.
Please note that your credit card information will be securely stored in our system until the conclusion of your appointment. We will not charge your card unless you violate our cancellation policy.
